Isinilang si Lourdes Cabangon de Luna-Pasatiempo o mas kilala sa tawag na “Bokal Bunso” noong Nobyembre 4, 1975 sa Catanauan, Quezon, sa mag asawang sina William del Mundo de Luna at Pastora Mercado Cabangon.  Siya ay katuwang sa buhay ng isang tubong Mauban na si Engr. Johnny Avendaño Pasatiempo.  Sila ay nabiyayaan ng isang anak na si LJ.
